BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIT OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
14ISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Hereafter the following described land
owned by and located with the city limits of the City of
Jefferson, Vissouri. , shall be and become a part of the..right
of way for street purposes in the 1200 Block of West Culler
Street in Jefferson City.,
"Beginning at the southwesterly corner of Lot '13
Block 15 on the northerly line of Miller Street,
in Wolff ' s Subdivision as platted and recorded
in Plat Book INTO. 3 at Page 22, Cole County
Recorder' s Ot'fice; thence westerly parallel with
McCarty Street 200.0 feet; thence southerly
parallel with Hamlin Street 60. 0 feet; thence
easterly parallel with McCarty Street 200. 0 feet;
thence northerly 60.0 feet to the point of beginning. "
Section 2. All ordinances or ;Darts of ordinance in con-
flict with this ordinance are hereb-* repealed.
Section 3. The purpose of this ordinance) is to change
the direction and width of miller Street as shown on the plat
of 'Polff ' s Subdivision in Plat Book 3 Page tit County Recorder 's
Office.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
