BE IT ORDAINED 13Y THE CITY COUNCIL 01 THC CITY OF 01'1'FERSON,
MISSOURI., AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the grade of the roadway of Crest Drive, from a
point 48 feet south of the north line of Hall Street., north 831
feet b6 and hereby is established as follows: Beginning at the
center line of Crest Drive., 49 feet south of tlr�e north line of
Hall Street, where the elevation of the grade is 216. 70; thence
50 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of the gradeshill
be,, 213. 55; thence 50 feet on a vertical curve, where the eleva-
tion of the grade shall be 212.24; thence 50 feet on a vertical
curve, where the elevation of the, 7rrade shall be 212981; thence
50 feet on 9 vertical curve, where the elevation of the grade
shall be 215.40; thence 200 feet on a uniform grade, where the
elevation of the grade shall be 229. ?0, thence 50 feet on a
vertical curve, where the elevation of the grade shall be 232. 76;
thence 50 feet on a vertical curve, wh6re the elevation of the
grade shall be 234.46; thence 50 feet on a vertioal curve, where
the elevation of the trade shall be 234.86; thence 50 feet on a
vertical curve., where the elevation of the Erade shall be 234. 00-
thence 231 feet on a uniform grade, where the elevation of the
grade shall be 227. 07.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances or )arts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.
