Jefferson, Missouri, as shown of record in Plat B-ok 3,, at Page 2
Cole County Recorder' s Office , Cole o,,inty, Missouri.
Section 3. That said Deeds be ar,,ce, ted and delivered re-

spec tively for the purpose of correcting the eescription of the
street referred to in the deed rrenitoned in Ordinance No. 5149.9
and that the following is hereby declared to be the true and acc-
urate description of said street with the exception of the portioi
which has heretofore been vacated by Ordinance ';,,-!o. 5178., dated
July 14, 1949:
"From the southeast corner of lot niunber 107; thence n
north along the cast line of lots number 107 and 106,
100 feet to the beginning point of this description;
thence west parallel with Woodlawn Avenue 15 feet;
thence north parallel with Adarns Street 99 feet;
thence east parallel with IVoodlewn Avenue 33 feet;
thence north parallel with Adains Street 9 feet; thence
east parallel with Woodlwvn Avenue 204.3 feet, more
or less, to the !`lest line of Jackson Street; thence
south along the west line of Jackson Street 57 feet;
thence west parallel with Woodlavin Avenue 203.7 feet
to a -point which is 15 feet east of the west line of
lot number 111; thence south parallel, with Adams
50 feet; thence West parallel with 17'Voodlawn Avenue
15 feet to the place of beginnIng. "
Section 4. All ordinances or carts of ordinances in confli( t
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 5. This ordinance shall take effect and be in forc
from and after its -passage and approval.
