Section 2. Ordinance I.To. 5830 Fares covering one
tinuous ride between an7T points on the routes herein specified or
as hereinafter provided within the city limits of Jefferson City,
Missouri, shall be as follows :

The $1. 5.0 Weekly Pass ipay be used by any member of a family of
the purchaser and entitles the bearer to transportation without
any additional cash fare. The $p1. 50 Weekly P,-.ss shall be in eff3ct
from 12:01 A.M. each I,!onda-y to 11:59 P.T.`.. the following Sunday.
The $1. 50 Weekly Pass shall be issued each Ty'londay rornlng with
the oneration of the er,.-rly morning scheO.,.iles.
Transfers shall be issued without charge between routes one (1 )
and Two (2).
All transfers sh-11 be lin,,ited to the sa.-P, or diverting directio s
and shall be used within a thrity (30) i-a*i -nute noriod, and no P
transfer shall enable a passenger to return to the vicinity from .
which he started without paying a secatidfare.
A trasnfer issued shall be used only by the-person to whom it is
issued, The Company may ake such reasonable raCp.,lations as it
may deem necessary to prevent misuse of the transfer.
Policemen and Firemen shall be oermitted to travel free of
charge when in uniform or upon presentation of -)ro-)er credential)So
Policemen in plain clothes shall be permitted to travel free of
charge upon Presentation of an official pass issued by the
Company.
The Comioanv has undertaken to m. aintaln its oresent rate
fare rased uoon present wr—es, materials and coi*iim.odity costs.
If wages, materials, and/or commodity costs are increased sub-
stantially, the Comoanys ui-.)on due application and presentation c

proof and hearing as h;areinaftcr. provided for, shall be granted
an increase in its rate of fare to corres )ond with such increase�
in wages., materials and/,Dr commodity costs.
In determining irvhether such increase has taken place the
