"A part of the Northeast quarter of Section 12, Town-
ship 44, Range 12, more particularly described as fol-
lows: Beginning at the northeast corner of Dulle ' s Add-
s ition as shown in Plat Book No. 3 at Wage 89 Cole County
Recorder's Office, said point of beginning being 30
feet south of the north line and 600 feet west of the
! east line of the southeast quarter of the northeast
quarter of said Section 12; thence North 72 degrees and
45 minutes West along the north line of the Dulle
Addition 47 feet and 3 inches; thence North 1 degree and
30 minutes last, 490 feet; thence South 56 degrees and
30 minutes E st,590 feet; thence south 33 deg-ees and
30 minutes West. 240 feet; thence North 84 degrees and
30 minutes West, 300 feet; thence morth 4 degrees and
30 minutes West, 51 feet 1j inches, to the point of
beginning, containing 3,787 acres, more or less.

Ali ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SEWER DISTRICT NO. 952 WITHIN THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AND DEFINING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, declares and ordains that it deems it necessary foxy
sanitary purposes and for the health and comfort of its inhabi-
tants of the City to establish a Sewer District to be known as
Sewer District No. 95, and said district to be established with
location and boundaries as follows: BEGINNING on the south line
of the 6outhwest quarter of Section 35 Township 45 Range 12,
427.15 feet west of the southeast corner thereof, said point of
beginning also being the m- uthwest corner of the Meadows Sub-
division; thence North 1 degree and 15 minutes East along and wit
the westerly line of the Meadows Subdivision to the northerly
line of Marilyn Street; thence easterly along the north line of
Marilyn Street to the west line of Castle Drive; thence north
along the west line of Castle Drive to the north line of Hall
Street; thence east along the north line of Hall Street' to the
westerly line of Boonville Heights Subdivision; thence northerly
along the westerly line of Boonville Heights Subdivision to the
northwest corner of lot 15 Block 1 of said subdivision; thence
easterly along the northerly line of lot 5 block 1, the northerly
line of lots 18 and 5 Block 2 and the northerly line of lot 7
Block 3 in said subdivision to the northeast corner of lot 7
j Block 3 of said subdivision; thence southerly along the easterly
line of Boonville Heights and Livingston subdivision to .the
southeast corner of Livingston's "ubdivision to the westerly line
