District No. 95, in the City of Jefferson, MLssouri. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSO I, AS FOLLOWS; SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri , hereby declares that it deems if necessary for the health and comf rt of the inhabitants of the City and for sanitary and other purposes that there must be constructed as soon as possible in S wer Distri t No. 95, as established by ordinm ce, two standard manholes, one at the' terminus of the sewer in lot 1 Block 2 Meadows Subdivision, an one at the terminus of the sewer in lot 2 Block 1 Meadows Subdivis on. SECTION 2. That there shall be constructed two standard manholes, zz e one at the terminus of the sewer in lot 1 Block 2 Meadows 6ubdivis on, and and one at the terminus of the sewer in lot 2 Block 1 Meadows Subd - vision. SECTION 3. Said manholes shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications of the City of Jefferson, M,, ssouri. SECTION 4. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Massour , hereby declares and ordains that it deems it -necessary for sanita y purposes and for the health add comfort of its inhabitants of the City to establish a Se,: er District to be known as Sewer District N . 96, and said district to be established with location and boundari 's as follows; Beginning on the north line of Section 2 Township 44 ! Range 12, 13840efeet east of the southwest corner of Section 35 Township 45 Range 12, thence north 86 degrees and 15 minutes East along and with the Township line 725.0 feet; thence turning an angle of 112 degrees and 28 minutes to the right, 533.5 feet; thence to ing and angle of 90 degrees to the right, 72.5 feet; thence turnin an angle of 12 degrees to the right, 544.8 feet; thence turning an angle of 54 degrees and 18 minutes to the right, 169.0 feet to they point of b eginning.
