AN ORDINANCE providing for the construction-of a Manhole in Sewer
District No. 96, in the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS;
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri
hereby declares that it deems it necessary for the health and
comfort of the inhabitants of the City and for sanitary and other
Purposes that there must be constructed as soon as possible in
Sewer District No. 96, as estsblished by Ordinance, one star dard
Manhole on the center line of Ridgeway Drive where the same inter-
sects the existing 8 inch sanitary sewer.
SECTION 2. That there shall be constructed one standard Manhole
f on the center line of Ridgeway Drive where the same interesects
the existing 8 inch sanitary sewer.
SECTION 3. Said Manhole shall be constructed accordiDg to the
plans and specifications of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.

THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AND DEFINING THE BU=VARIES
THEREOF, ARID UNITING TOGETHER SEWER DISTRICT N0. 55 (CREATED BY
ORDINANCE 3856) , NO. 63 (CR:-ATED BY ORDINANCE 44-01-T.,—NO. 66
CREATED BY ORDINANCE 44981 , NR. 76 (CREATED BY ORDINANCE 5256) ,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
, Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, hereby feclares and ordains that it deems it necessary
for sanitary purposes and for the Health an� Comfort of the im-
habitants of the City to establish a Joint istrict Sewer to be
known as Joint District Sewer N0. 1 .
t SECTION 2. Sewer District Nos. 55 (created by Ordinance
3586) and Nos. 63 (created by Ordinance 4401 ) abd N.s. 66 (Created
by Ordinance 4498) and Nos. 76 (created by Ordinance 5256 and
Nos. 79 (created by Ordinance 5289) and Nos. 95 (created by Ordi- i
na me 5838) and Nos. 96 (created by Ordinance 5840),, are hereby
united and Itoined together for the purpose of creating and estab-
lishing Joint district Sewer No. 1 .
Section 3. The location and boundaries of Joint District
j Sewer No. 1 shall be as follows: Beginning at the southeast
( corner of of 26 of Forest Hill Addition on the north line of Main M
Street; thence westerly along the north line of Main Street to th
southwest corner of lot 13 of Lauran Heights Bubdivision; thence i
north to the northwest corner of Lot 12 of said Subdivision on thel
i township line; thence east along the township line to a point 370
i feet east of the northwest corner of Lot 10 of Westmoreland Height
iJ Addition; tljnece turning an angle of 78 degrees to the left 264,0
feet; thence turning an angle of 38 degrees and 25 minutes to the
right 390.0 feet to the west line of Binder Drive; thence north�
along the west line of inder Drive to the north line of Marilyn
! Street; thence easterly along the north line of Marilyn Street
to the west line of Castle Drive; thence north along the west line
of Castle Drive to the north line of Hall Street; thence east
along the north line of Hall Street to the Westerly line of Boon-
; villa Heights 4ubdilLnion; thence northerly along the westerly
line of Boonville Heights Subdivision to the northwest corner of i
Lot 5 Block 1 of said subdivision; thence easterly along the
northerly line of Lot 5 Block 1 and the northerly line of Lots 18
