AN ORDINANCE TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, STATE OF MISSOURI, TO EXECUTE AND DELIVER ON BEHALF OF
THE CITY OF JEFFERSON A DEED OF EASEMENT TO THE JAYCEE COLE COUNTY
FAIR ASSOCIATION, FOR A ROADWAY ACROSS LAND IN SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP
44, RINGE L", COLE COUNTY, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1, The Mayor and City Clerk of the Cit# of Jefferson ,
State of Missouri , are hereby authorized and directed to execute
and deliver, for and on behalf of the City of Jefferson, State of
Missouri, a deed of easement to the Jaycee Cole ounty Fair Associa-
tion, a not-for-profit corporation, granting and conveying an ease-
ment in the following described property for a roadway, to-wit:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Section 2,
thence east along the section line 1002 feet;
thence south five (5) degrees forty (40) minutes
east, 39.8 feet to the coutherly line of north
Ten Mile Drive; thence westerly along the
southerly line of north Ten Mile Drive 40 feet
; thence south one (1) degree forty-five (45)
minutes east to a point 40 feet from the south-
erly line of the Missouri acigic Railroad
right-of-way, which poihbeibe#henbaginning
point for this description; thence on south
one (1) degree fortbT-five J454tminutet east
to the .north line of the property owned by
The Jaysee Cole County Fair Association; thence
in a southeasterly direction along the said
north line of The Jaycee Coel County Fair
Association's property 118 $eet; thence north
five (8) degrees forty . (40) minutes west bo
a point. 40 feet north of the southerly line
of the M, ssouri Pacific Railroad right-of-gray;
thence northwesterly to the point of beginning of
this description;- said property being situated
in Sectidn 2, Township, 44, Range 12, County of
Cole, State of-Missouri.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in con
flict with this ordinance are hereby repealed..
Section 3. This ordinm ce shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING THE DRIVERS OF A MOTOR VEHICLE TO BRING THE
SAME TO A FULL AND C CMPLETE STOP ON CASE STREET BEFORE ENTERING
THE INTERSECTION OF ADAMS STREET, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR
VIOLATION THEREOF.
IBE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the driver
lof a motor vehicle to fail to bring the -same to a full and compld'te
stop on Case Street Before entering the- interesection of Adams
Street.
Section 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this
!ordinance shall be deemed guilty of 'a mideemeen or.
