AN ORDINANCE PROHIBIT "'NG THE PARKING OF A MOTOR VEHICLE ON THE
NORTH SIDE OF RUSSELL STREET BETWEEN MONROE AivD JACKSON STR;-ETS,
AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Ii
Section 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the driver of a
motor vehicle to permit the same to be parked on the north side
of Russell Street between the intersection of M"nroe and Jackson
Street.
' Section 2. All persons violating the terms of this ordinance shald
be deemed guilty of a middemeanor.
Section 3. All ordinsn ces or parts of ordinances in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in force andtaek effect from and
after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF THREE HUNDRED ($300.00) I�
DOLLARS FOR THE PURROSE OF SETTLING A CONDEMNATION LAWSUIT IN THE
CIRCUIT COURT OF COLE COUNTY, MISSOURI , ENTITLED: CITY OF JEFFERSO
MISSOURI, vs. ADAM PIRNER, FRANK A SCHULLER AND EMMA PIRNER SCHULL .

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSO �'RI,
AS FOLLOWS;
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated out of any money in'
the City Treasury of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, not otherwis
appropriated the sum of Three Hundred ($300. 00) Dollars, said sum
to be paid to Andrew Pirner, Frank A. Schuller, and Emma Pirner
Schuler, in settlement of a condemnation suit now pending between
the ity of Jefferson and the above-na-ed persons in the ircuit ;
Court of Cole county, Missouri.
Section 2, The City Atthrney is hereby authorized to prepare!
and sign for the City of Jefferson, Missouri , a stipulation for di -
missal of said lawsuit and the iudgement reciting that thenoarties ; have
agreed that the defendants are entitled to a total payment of $420p.00
for the property condemned, the sum of $3900.00 I#aving already bee;
paid into Court.

Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in forcej;
from and after its passage and approval.
