Missouri, by Ordinance No. 4930, )assed and approved on July 8th 1947, did appropriate out of the General Revenue Fund of the 61ty of Jeffer on the sim of 'Three TThousand Eight Hundred and Eleven and eighty-on hundreths ($3811.82) Dollars to be used for Airport Rurposes in order to complete the first Jefferson City Memorial irport Por.- ject, and Whereas the aforementioned sum of money was placed in a fund eh- titled as follows: Federal "irport Project, Jefferson City Memori 1 Airport Fund, Carl V. 'Face, Treasurer, and WHEREAS, all bills in connection with 'th&d Federal Airport Projec have been paid, and there now remains a balance in said fund of. '( ($1,696.21) Dollars, now therefore BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. -the City Treasurer is hereby ordered and -in- structed to Transfer to the General Revenue 141und of the City of Jefferson, Missouri , the sum of One Thausand Six Hundred and Eighty-6ix and 21/100 (: 1,686.21) Dollars, said amount to be ' taker_ from the Federal Airport Project, Jefferson City "emorial Airport Fund, Carl V. AN ORDINANCE, levying and assessing special tax bills against the lots or tracks of land fronting or abutting on the roadway of Poplar Street, from Atchison Street 'south 640 feet, all of said improvement is within the limit3 of sprinkling, oiling, repairing surfacing and resurfacing District Number Twelve (12) of the City of Jefferson, Missouri. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON., 1 yISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. 4here is hereby levied and assessed at the rate and I cost price per front foot as specified in Section 2 of this Ordi- nance against the aggregate lots or tracks of land fronting oil - abutting on the roadway of Poplar Street, from Atchison Street south 640 feet, all of said improvement being within the limits i of sprinkling, oiling surfacing and resurfacing Listrict Numbed Twelve (12) of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, for the improve- ment of said roadway of said street aforesaid by repairing sur- facing and resurfacing the sum of $652.80 as the cost that is levied by statue for the improvement of said street and the ?� nlunb-r of front feet fronting or abutting said roadway of said street aforesaid, amounts to 1280 feet and the cost price per 4� 412 running foot is ,$0.51.
