tax bills in favor of the City of Jefferson, Missouri , for the wit in
mentioned work in accordance with the Ordinances of the City of
Jefferson Missouri, relative to said kind of work and in accordan e
with the 6herter of said City in regard to said work and according
to the Statutes of the "tate of Missouri, as made and provided.
SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from MM
