BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CIT'.Y OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1. -here is hereby appropriated out of any money in the
City Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the following:

For the purpose of baying the salaries of elective

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SEWER DISTIRCT NO. 91 "A", WITHIN THE
CITY OF ' EFFERSON, MISSOURI, AND DEFINING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF.
BE IF ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1, that the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, hereby declares and ordains that it deems it necessary
for sanitary ourposes and for the health and comfort of its in-
ha'iitants of the City to establish a Sewer District to be known
as Sewer District No. 91 "A", and said district to be established
with location and boundaries as follows: Beginning at the north-
west Im of lot 27 Block 1 Winston Heights; thence east 250 feet to
the northeast corner of lot 23 Block 1 Oinston Heights; thence
south along the east line of lot 23 Block 1 and lot 20 Block 2
Winston Heights to the southeast corner of lot 20 Block 2 Winston
Heights• thence west 250 feet to the southwest corner of lot 24
Bloek2 Winston Heights; thence north to the point of beginning.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances or Darts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect andbe in force from
and. after its passage and approval.
