BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOLTFI, AS FOLLOWS; SECTION 1. That the City Council of the �'ity of Jefferson, Missouri , hereby declares that it deems it necessary for the health and comfort x1xickK of the inhabitants of the City and for sanitary and other purposes tPat there must be constructed as soon as possible in Sewer District No. 9cx , 91"A", as established by Ordinance, a sanitary sewer and it is ord ed that the same be constructed without unnecesegry delay and connects I) Into the present sewer at a point 720 feet west of the Hough Park Road. SECTION 2. That said sewer shall begin at the manhole in Winston Drive 720 feet west of the Hough Park Road; thence west along Winst Drive, 300.0 feet. SECTION 3. Said sewer shall be constructed in all respects as provided by Ordinance and shall be constructed of standard glazed sewer pipe, shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications of t City Engineer. SECTION 4. All Ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. SECTION 5.
