Section 2, enyone violating any of the terms of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed.

from and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE OFFICE OF AIRPORT MAINTENANCE MAN, DE-
FINING THE DUTIES OF SAID OFFICE, PRESCRIBING THE MANNER OF
APPOINTMENT, ESTABLISHING THE TERM OF SAID OFFICE, AND FIXING THE
SALARY OF SAID APPOINTIVE EMPLOYEE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTIOn 1. There is hereby created the office of Airport Main-
tenance man.
SECTION 2, The Airport Maintenance Man shall properly maintain the
Jefferson City Memorial Airport for the operation of commercial
and private aircraft and shall do all things necessary to keep
said Memorial kLirport in good operating condition.
SECTION 3. The Airport Maintenance Man shall be appointed by the
Mayor, upon the recommendation of the Airport Advisory Commission
s and the Airport Committee of the "ity Council, with the approval
of the `'ity Council.
SECTION 4. The term of office shR11 begin on the day of June,
1954, and continue for ninety t90r.dayty expiring on the
day of September, 1954.
SECTION 5. the salary of theAirport Maintenance Man shall be a
total of Seven Hundred and Fifty ($75c'.00) , divided into three
equal installments of Two Hundred Fifty ($250. 00) Dollars Each.
SECTION 6. This ordinance shall be effective on passage and approv

AN ORDINANCE providing for the repairingg, surfacing and resurfacing
by the City of Jefferson, Missouri, of Sout8west Blulevard, from
the center of Swift's Highway south to the ity limits, all of
said improvement to be within the limits of sprinklin , oiling,
surfacing and resurfacing Di7trict Number Twelve ( 121 of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri , and for the issuance of special tax bills,
! not exceeding sixty cents (60) per front foot, against the propert
fronting or abutting on said street to pay for said improvement.
