as shown on-the attached plat, known and referred to as the
L. M. Bock Wb-Division is within'. the corporate limits of the
Oity of Jefferson, Missouri.
And it appearing that said Plat has been duly and pro-
perly signed and accepted by the Owner of said i'ubdivision known
and referred to as the L. M. Deck ub-Livision� that all taxes
thereon have been paid; and that'-�:n-•.o.11. other respects the re-
wuirements of Chapter 445, Revised "tatutes of Missouri, 1949,
entitled 'Plats" have Deen fully complied with by the afore-
said Owner of said Sub- ivision.
THEREFORE, the lat of land of the said Leona M. Beck,
known and referred to as the L. M. Recj hub- ,jvision, lying
and being within the corporate limits of the ity of Jefferso-,
Missouri , as shown by the said plat hereto attached and made
a part of this Ordinance, is hereby accepted and approved by
the City Council of the �'ity of Jefferson, M, ssouri, and the
Mayor of said City; and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson
Missouri , after passage and approval of this Ordinance, is
hereby directed to endorse acceptance and approval of said
Plat Thereon, and to certify to the approval of the same under
the seal of the said City of Jefferson, Missouri9
SECTION 2. 'his ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
