specifications submbttod by the City Lngineer and filed In the offi'ce
of the City Clerk, and that the total cost of the work aforesaid 11
shall be charged and levied as a special assessment aga inst the reol
estate abutting and fronting on said contemplated improvement and
special tax bills shall be issued thereofr, as provided in Section
772 of Chapter 44 of the Revised 'jrdinances of the City of Jeffersc
Missouri, and the Revised Statutes of the State of Missouri , 1949,E
and amendments thereto. That the cost of the curb and gutter shall
be assessed only against the property in front of which the same I
constructed.
SECTION #3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force 6nd!,,
effect from and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, establishing the
grade of the roadway of Nelson Drive, from the south line of Miller,
Street to the north line of Atchison Street.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the grade of the roadway of Nelson Drive, from the
south line of Miller Street to the north line of Atchison Street I
be and hereby is established as follows: Beginning at the south
line of Miller Street where the elevation of the grade shall be,
146.00; thence 150 feet on a uniform grade where the elevation of
the grade shall be, 149. 75; thence 50 feet on a vertical curiae
where the elevation of the grade shall be , 152.00; thence 50 feet
on a vertical curve where the elevation cf the grade shall be,
155.00; thence 50 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of
the grade shall be, 159.40; thence 50 feet on a vertical curve
where the elevation of the crade shall be, 164. 58; thence 450 feet
on a uniform grade where the elevation of the grade shall he.,214.83

and after its passage and approval.
