That the cost of the curb and gutter shall be assessed only against the property in front of which the same I constructed. SECTION #3. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1.
