BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL CF THE CITY OF JEFI ERSOT•?, h4ISSOTIRI, (�
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the pity bf Jefferson, Missouri
hereby declares and ordains that it deems it necessary for sani-
tary purposes add for the health and comfort of its inhabitants
of the City at to establish a Set.,er District to be known as Sewer
District No. 97, and said district to be established with location
and boundaries as follows: The limits andt 8undary of. Sewer Dis-
trict No. 97, shall be and are tl,e same as boundary of the L. 14.
9eck sub-Division in the west i of the Northwest of Section
12 Township 44 Range 12.
SECTION 2. All Crdinances or darts of Ordinances An conflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This "rdinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWERS IN SEWER
DISTRICT NO. 97, WITHIN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Co>>ncil of the City of Jefferson, Nissourl
hereby declares that it deems it necessary for the health and com-
fort of the inhabitants of the City and for sanitary purposes that
there must '-)e constructed as soon as possible in Sewer District
No. 97, as established by Ordinance a sanitary sewer and it is
ordered that the same be constructed without unnecessary delay and
connected into the Gity main Sewer on U. S. Highway No. 50.
SECTION 2. That said sewer shall begin at a point on the extended
center line of "onrad Street, 9 feet south of the north right of
way line of U. S. Highway No. 50; thence north along the center
line of Conrad Street, 585. 0 .feet; thence turning an angle of 97
degrees rnd 42 minutes to the right 355.0 feet.
SECTION 3. Said sewer shall be constructed in all respects as pro-
vided by Ordinance and shall be constructed of standard sewer pipe,
shall e constructed according tqD the plans and specifications
of the ity Engineer.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and. after its passage and approval.
