AN C'RDINANCE REGULATING THE DIRECTION OF TRAFFIC OF MOTOR VEHICLES
IN THE 1300 BLOCK OF WEST MAIN STF ?,ET, BETWEEN THE INTLRSECTTON OF
WEST b.ATN AND HART r--TREET AND WEST MAIN AND HIGH STI?i ET, AND PRO-
VIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VI 'LATION THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWSt,
Section 1. Hereafter the operators of motor vehicles shall
operate the same in a westerly direction only through the 1300
Block of West i'lain Street which lies between the intersections of
Main &tideet and "art Street and the intersection of Main Street
abd High Street, and no motor vehicle shall be driven in an easterl
direction in the 1300 Block of West Main Street.
Section 2. "nyone violating any of the terms of this ordi-
nance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 3. All ordinances or harts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 4. T,,js ordinance shall be in force and effect from
and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE rARKING OF A MOTOR VEHICLE FOR A
PERIOD OF TIME IN EXCESS OF ONE HOUR BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 17:QO
A.M. and 7:00 P.N. BETWEEN POINTS LOCATED AT A DISTANCE OF SEVENTY
(70) AND ONE HUNDRED TEN (110) FEET EAST OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER
OF MCCARTY AND MADISON STREETS, AND PROVIDII,IG A, PENALTY FOR THE
VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAII,TED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawfv.1 for the operator
of a motor vehicle to :permit the sale to be parked on the north
side of McVarty Street for a perjod in excess of dne (1 ) hour
between the hours of 7:00 a.m.and 7: 00 a.m. within a space of
forty (40) feet, located between points seventy (70) feet and one
hundred ten (110) feet east of the northeast corner of McCarty
and Madison Streets.
Section 2. Anvone violating any of the terms of this ordi-
nance shall be deerh6d guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 3. this ordinance repeals all ordinances or parts
of ordinances in conflict therewith.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in force and effect
from and after i.ts passage and approval.
