BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFPERSCW.M1SSOURjT, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the operator cfxKxmKtzr a motor vehicle to oermit the same to be parked for a period of tine in• excess of one (1) hour between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. on the south side of 600 Block of East High Street which lies between the Intersection of High Street and Marshall Street and High Street and Lafayette Street. Section 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this ordina- nee shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. Section 3. This ordinance hereby repeals all ordinances or parts of ordinances In conflTcttberewith. Section 4. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and approval. Ells City lerk #5877 AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE OPERATOR OF A MOTOR VEHICLE TO PERMIT THESAYE TO BE PARKED ON THE FAST SIDE OF THE 100 BLOCK OF MADISON STREET BETWEEN TWO POINTS LOCATED ONE HUNDRED FIFTY SEVEN (157) AN DKE ONE HUNDRED SIXTY SEVEN (167) FEET NORTH OF THE NORTH FAST CORNER OF I-f-ADISON AND CAP1T6L AVENUE, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOTJRT, AS F OLLOWS: Section 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor vehicle to permit the same to be parked on the east side of the 100 Block of Madison Street between two points located ' one hundred and fifty seven (157) and one hundred and sixty seven (167) feet north of the northeast corner of Madison Street and Capitol Avenue. Section 2. All persons violating any of the terms of this ordinance shall be deemed gui.lty of a misdemeanor. Sec`-.tion 3. All ordinances of carts of ordinances in confli, t with this ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
