SECTION 3. The Uity Clerk id hereby instructed to proceed
at once to make out special tax bills under the seal of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri , of the aforesaid amounts against said lots
or pieces of land in the aforesaid Sewer District No. 92
situated, mentioned anddescribed in the heretofore mentioned sec-
tions of this Ordinance in the name of the owner or owns rs thereof
which said special and certified tax bills shall be signed by the
Mayor and attested and recorded by the City Clerk and delivered to
Alvin Brunner Construction Company , the contractor of the work
of construction of the aforesaid sewers as provided a?id required
by the Charter of the �'ity of Jefferson and the Ordinances authori-
zing and ordering the construction of se,.,ers in said Viewer Dis-
trict No. 92 , heretofore passed and approved by the
C ounci 1.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take affect and be in force V
from and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE OPERATOR OF A MOTOR VEHICLE FROM PER_
MITTING THE SAME TO BE PARKED ON THE WEST SIDE OF JOHNSON STREET
IN AN AREA LOCATED BETWEEN POINTS TINO HUNDRED AND SIXTY SIX (266)
AND THEEE HUNDRED AND SIXTEEN (316) FEET NORTH OF THE NORTHERLY
EDGE OF HOUGH STREET AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH JOHNSON STREET, AND
PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS;
Section 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the operator
of a motor vehicle to )ermit the same to be parked on the west
side of Johnson Street in the 'jity of Jefferson, Missouri, in
an area located between points two hundred and sixty six (266)
feet ^nd three hundred and sixteen (316) feet north of the north-
erly edge of Bough Street at its intersection with Johnson Street.
Section 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this ordin-
ance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
