And it appearing that said plat has been duly and properly- signed and accepted by the Owner of said subdivision known and referred to as the Spring Valley hub-Livision; and that all taxes thereon have been paid; and thst in all other respects the requirements of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri 1949, entitled "Plate" have been fully complied with by the afore- said Owner of said Sub-Division, and that the above described land and- all lotd streets and easements are laid out as shown on this plat and that all streets and easements are hereby dedicated to the City of Jefferson, Missouri, for public use forever. , THEREFORE, the plat of land of the said Grover H. gray and ' l 'Mary V.
