NISSOURT, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri
hereby declares and ordains that the boundarya line of Sewer Dis-
trict No. 97, be and hereby is reestablished with location and
boundaries as follows-. Beginning at the northw-st corner of lot 3
of the L. M. Beek subdivision in the west a of the northwest
quarter of Section 12 Township 44 Range 12; thence east to the
northeast corner oflot 1; thence south to the southeast corner of
lot 12; thence west to the southwest corner of lot 22; thence north
to the northwest corner of 1 :,t 18; thence east to the southwest
corner of lot 3; thence north to the northwest corner of lot 3
the point of beginning.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in cofiflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. 1 his Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its Passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE LEVYING AND ASSESSING A SPECIAL MX AGAINST EACH LOT
OR PIECE OF GROUND LYING BETWEEN AND SITUATE WITHIN THE BCUNDS
OF S0- qER DISTRICT NO.— 017 'IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.,
MISSOURI, .IN. THE, NAME OF THE OWNER OR OWNERS THEREOF FOR CONQ
STRUCTING AND COMPLETING SEWERS THEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS.-
SECTION 1 . It appearing from the written report of the
City Engineer, the officer in charge of the work of a- nstruction
and completing sewers, in Sewer District No. 97 . in the City
of Jefferson., M., ssouri, heretofore submitted by said officer to the
City Council and approved and filed by it 6n this 8th day of
November .9 1954, at a regular meeting of the �ity Uouncil
Held on th s date, that the total cost of construction and com-
leting of said sewer as constructed , amounts to the sum of $_
35172.75 , and it further appearing that said report

ive of streets in proportion to the area of the whole of said
District NO. 97 exclusive of the public highways, and it further
appearing that the total number of square feet contained in the
aggregate number of lots and pieces of ground situated in the said
Sewer i)1strict N 97 exclusive of the oublic highways
Itherein amounts �0 to 0. 0 square feet. And it further
appearing from the said report that on proper apportionment of said
costs such lots or pieces of ground in said Sewer District No, 97
so situated, each square foot of ground contained in said lots or
pieces of ground in said Sewer District No, 97 is chargeable
with the sum of $ 0.01576677 per square foot.
Now, there ire, for the purpose of paying for the work of
construction and completion of sewers in sais, Sewer District NO,,
97 together with all necessary laterals, inlets, catch basins ,
!manholes, and other necessary appurtenances thereto appertaining,
I; there is hereby levied and assessed against the several and herein-
after described lots or pieces of ground within the bounds of said
Sewer District N!.'. 97 ', situated in the name of the respective
name of the owner or owners of said lots or pieces of ground, a
special tax at the rate of $ 0.01576677 per square foot for each
and evory square foot of ground so situated as aforesaid.
