SECTION #3. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to proceed !
at once to make out special tax bills under the seal of the City
of Jeffcrson, Missouri, of the aforesaid amounts against said lots
or piece;9 of land in the aforesaid Sewer Listrict No. 97
situated, mentioned and descirbed in the heretofore mentioned
sections of this Ordinance in the name of the owner or owners
thereof, which said speical and certified tax bills shall be signs
by the Mayor and attested and recorded by the city Clerk and de-
livered to Alvin Brunner Uonstruction Company , the Contractor
of the wor of construction of t t e aforesaid sewers as provided an
required by the Charter of the ity oC Jefferson and the Ordinance'
authorizing anr3 ordering the construction of sc,vers in said sewer
District riii. 97 , heretofore passed and approved by the Counc .1.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force II
