CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURIM TO EXECUTE A WARRanty DEED TO C ERTAIN
DESCRIBED LAND WITHON THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , TO
THE MISSOiTRZ OSTEOPATHIC FOUL?DA'i'ION, TNC. , A RFI ;VOLLD?T CORP-
ORATION., AS GRANTEE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWSs
Section 1. The Mayor and the City Clerk of the pity of
Jefferson, Missouri. , for and on b^half of the City of Jeffer-
son, Missouri, are hereby authorized and directed to sign
and seal a warranty deed to the following described property
located within the City of Jefferson, �oaty of Cole, 1"issour�
in favor of the Missouri Osteopathic oundation, Inc. , a
benevolent eorporaticn.
A Part of Outlot No. 77 in the City of Jefferson,
Missouri , and more particularly"described as: Be-
ginning at a point that is 521 feet 2 inches soi6tth
of the north line and 198 feet west of the east
line of said Outlot; thence southerly parallel to
the east line of said Outlet, 20 feet; thence west-
erly parallel to the northerly line of said Outlot,
43 feet 2 inches; thence northerly parallel to the
easterly line, 20 icet; thence easterly parallel
to the southerly line of said Outlot, 43 feet 2
inches to the point of beg9.nning.

AN ORDINANCE DECLARINT IT UNLAWFUL FOR THE OPERATOR OF A MOTOR
VEHICLE TO FAIL TO BRING THE SAME TO A FULL AND COMPLETE STOP
ON MCCARTY STREET OI` THE WEST SIDE OF VISTA AND ON MCCARTY STREET
AT THAT POINT WHERE MCCARTY STREET INTERSECTS A (:CONCRETE EXTENSIO"
OF MCCARTY STREET AND ELLA STREET, AND PROVIDING A PENALTH FOR
THE VIOLATTON. THEREOF.
CBE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL r,F THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
YISSOL'RI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the operator
of a motor vehicle to fail to bring the same to a full and corn-
, plete stop at the following designated intersections:
(a) Qn McCarty Street before entering the west side of
Vista.
(b) On McCarty Streetbefore entering the concrete
extension of McCarty Street and Ella Street.
