Ells i City Clerk #5895 AN ORDINANCE DECLARING IT UNLAWFUL FOR ANY PERSOPI, FIRM OR CORP ORATION EITHIN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , TO BURN GARBAGE, FOODSTUFFS, ANIMAL NATTER, OR ANY SUBSTANCE WHICH GIVES OFF NAUSE- ous odors, and providing a penalty for the violation thereof. BE IT CRDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Hereafter it shallbe unlawful for any person, frim or corporation, within the corporate limits of Jefferson City, to burn any garbage matter, foodstuffs, animal matter or any other substance which gives off nausous odors. Section 2. All persons violating any of the terms of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
