AN ORDINANCE of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, establishing the
grade of the roadway of Lansdown Lane , from the south curb line
of Moreland Avenue to the north curb line of Rehagen "oulevard.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
V SSOURT, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the grade of the roadway of Lansdown Lane from the
south curb line of Moreland Avenue to -the north curb line of
Rehagen boulevard, be and hereby is established as follows:
Beginning at the center line of Lansdown Lane and the south curb
line of Moreland Avenue, where the elevation of the grade shall be,
X40.6; thence on a uniform grade to the north curb line of Rehagen
Poulevard, where the elevation of the grade shall be, 243. 5.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in confict with id
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.

SECTION Y. There is hereby levied and assessed at the rate and cost
price per front foot as specified in Section 2 of this Ordinance a i
against the aggregate lots or tracts of land fronting or sbutting o
the roadway ' of Southwest Boulevard, from Swift 's Highway south to tl a ficu
City Limi#s, all of s aid improvement being within the limits of
sprinkling, oiling, repairCng, surfacing andrrlsurfacing District
Number Twelve (12) of the ity of Jefferson, M ssouri, for the im-
provement of said roadway of said street aforesaid by repairing,
surfacing and resurfacing the sum of $1092. 69 as the cost that is
levied by statue for the improvement of said street and the number �
of front feet fronting or abutting said roadway of said street afore-
said, amounts to 2875. 51feet and the cost price per running foot is�l
$0.38.
SECTION2. 1.or the purpose of paying for said improvement of aid
roadway of Southwest Boulevard, from Swift 's Highway to the ity
Limits, all of said improvement being within the limits of sprinkli g,
oilingm repairingr surfacing and resurfacing District Plumber Twelve!,
(12) , t1-ere is hereby levied and assessed the sum of $0.38 as a
special tax against each front foot of ground fronting or abutting
the said roadway of saidstreet aforesaid, and contained in such
tracts of land fronting or abutting said improved roadway of said
street aforesaid.
SECTI^N 3. The name of each property owner or owners and the de-
scription of the lots or pieces of ground fronting or abutting on
each side of southwest Boulevard, from Swift' s riighway, south to
the City Li.rrits, all of said improvement being within the limits of
sprinkling, oiling, repairing, surfacing and resurfacing Listrict
Number Twelve (12) of the ity of Jefferson, M ssouri, the number cr
front feet owned by each owner or owners in the lots or tracts of
land owned and abutting said block or street, the cost price per
front foot for said improvement and the amount levied and assessed
