Jefferson, M' ssouri, of the aforesaid amounts against said lots or
pieces of land In the aforesaid Sewer "istrict 01 "A" situat d
mentioned and described inthe heretofore mentione sections of t�is
Ordinance in the name of the owner or owners thereof, wh_ch said
special and certified tax bills shall be signed by the Mayor and
attested and recorded by the City Clerk and deliverod to I
Roy A. Scheperle Construxtion Coirpany , the contractor of the work
of ednstruction of the a foresai sewers as provided and raquired h�"

and ordering the construction of sewers in said Sewer District No.

HAWTHORN PARKWAY, FROM LINDEN DRIVE TO THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 25
BLOCK 2 PANANRAMA HILLS , IN THE CITY OF JEFFERS N, MISSOURI, FOR
THE DIPROVEIVENT OF THE SAID ROADWAY 3Y GRADING, CURBING AND GUTi:

BE IT ORDAITNED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY mil' JEFFERSON, AS FOL'LOV
Section 1. 1here is hereby levied and assessed at the rat
and cost price Der- front foot as specified in Section 2 of t'nis
ordinance, against the aggregate lots or tracts of land fronting
or abutting on the roadway of Hawthorn Parkway, from Linden Drive
to the south line of lot 25 Block 2 Panorama Hillsq in the City
of Jefferson, MIssouri , for the improvement of the roadway of
Hawthorn Parkway aforesaid, including such grading as ma, be nee
spry for the reception of a ce• -:ant sidewalk, the sum of 1959. 0 d1
as the total costs of the improvement of said street and the num-
ber of front feet fronting or abutting said roadway of said
Hawthorn rarkway aforesaid, between the aforesaid streets amounts

Section 2. For the purpose of paying said improvement of
said roadway of hawthorn Parkway, from Linden Drive to the south !
