MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for any person,
firm or corporation, owning real estate property within the cor-
porate lirrits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, to abandon or
discontinue the use of any well or cistern located on their pro-
perty unless said well or cistern is completely sealed with con-
crete or some other mpteria.l of a durable nature which is securely
fixed in place over the tcp of said weii or cistern.
