A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, RECOMMENDING AWARD
OF CONTRACT FOR THE 19TH YEAR CDBG PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City of Richland Hills, Texas, participates in
the community development block grant program
through Tarrant County; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Richland Hills,
Texas, previously approved the submission of an
application for project funding for the 19th Year
CDBG Program; and
WHEREAS, bids have been opened and tabulated for award of
contract for the 19th Year CDBG project in the
City of Richland Hills, Texas;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of Richland Hills, Texas, that the City Council
recommends to the Tarrant County Commissioner's
Court that the contract for the 19th Year CDBG
project be awarded to Hall-Albert Construction Co.
• in the amount of $107,142.65, with the City's share
of the project totaling $9,869.65, and the
County share totaling $107,000.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED, this the 9th day of November,
1993.

of the revised Resolution recommending that the contract
for the 19th Year CDBG Project be awarded to Sall-Albert
Construction Company in the. amount of $107,142.65.
