AN ORDINANCE declating it unlawful for the operator of a Motor
Vehicle to permit the same to be parked for a period in excess
of One Hour between t?,e Hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 o.m. on the
South side of ;sigh Street for a distance of 45 feet east of the
oast curb of Lafayette Street, and Providing a Penelty for the
"'iolation Thereof.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONt
MISSOURI., AS FOLLOW")-
Section 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the operatorl
of a Motor Vehicle to permit the game to be parked for a period
of time in excess of one (1 ) hour between the hours of 7:00 a.m.
and 7:00 p.m. on the South side of High Street for a distance of
45 feet east of the eatt curb of Lafayette Street.
Section 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a middemeanor.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be '.n force and effect
from and after its. passage and approval.
