"urham has riled a petition .requesting the City , Co-,•ncil to amend, mange s.nd reclassify the »resent zoning of the land hereinafter specifically described, and Whereas, the City Counci.? has referred the matter to the Planning and Zoning Commission, and Whereas, the Planning and Zoning Commission has made its report recommending that said land be rezoned from an A-2 District to a B District, and Whereas, all inter sted parties rave been notified that the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, would hold a publ c hearing on the question of whether or not said land should be re•- zoned by the publ.icati.on of notice in a newsps.per of g: eneral cir- cutition in the City more than fifteen (15 ) days nrior to said hearing, and Whereas, the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Nissour , has given an opportunity to be ' heard upon the question of whether r not said land be rezoned, now therefore; BE IT BDDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFEE1,0N.9 MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: , Section 1. Hereafter the following described land owned by IJIr. -LJurham shall r,, classified a Districy "B" and the zoning ordinance now in effect is hereby .amended and modified so that sai l,nd is now in a District "B". Said lend is more particularly de- scribed as follows; . . BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS; Section 1. airport Commission.
