SCRIBED LAND WITHIN T'.F CITY OF JEFFE'R"-ON, SO T14AT SAID LAND SHALL
BE RE-ZONED FROM AN IIA-2" DISTRICT TO A "B" DISTRICT.
Whereas, Yr. "urham has riled a petition .requesting the City
,
Co-,•ncil to amend, mange s.nd reclassify the »resent zoning of the
land hereinafter specifically described, and
Whereas, the City Counci.? has referred the matter to the
Planning and Zoning Commission, and
Whereas, the Planning and Zoning Commission has made its
report recommending that said land be rezoned from an A-2 District
to a B District, and
Whereas, all inter sted parties rave been notified that the
City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, would hold a publ c
hearing on the question of whether or not said land should be re•-
zoned by the publ.icati.on of notice in a newsps.per of g: eneral cir-
cutition in the City more than fifteen (15 ) days nrior to said
hearing, and
Whereas, the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Nissour ,
has given an opportunity to be ' heard upon the question of whether r not
said land be rezoned, now therefore;
BE IT BDDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFEE1,0N.9
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: ,
Section 1. Hereafter the following described land owned by
IJIr. -LJurham shall r,, classified a Districy "B" and the zoning
ordinance now in effect is hereby .amended and modified so that sai
l,nd is now in a District "B". Said lend is more particularly de-
scribed as follows; . .
"A part of the southwest quarter of Section 1, yowr_ship 44,
Range 12, fronting fifty (50) feet on the Boonville Road,
and running easterly two hundred and eight (209) feet nine
(9 inches, the north line lying forty e1rht (48) feet nine
(Q inches south of and parallel to the south line of said
quartersecti. n.
Section 2. All ordinances or harts cf ordinances in conf. li t
with this ordinance are hereby repealed insofar as they conflict.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from
and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE Repealing Ordinances Number 5027 and 5680 of the City
of Jefferson'. Missouri, relating to the management of the Heff.erso
City Memorial Airport, and enacting a new ordinance pertaining to he
same subject.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS;
Section 1. airport Commission. There is I�ereby created an
airport commission which shall consist of eight (8) members.

Section 2. Duties of the Commission. The commission shall
the duty to supervise and oversee the oncration and manage-
ment of the airport, and it shall abide by and observe all of the
regulations of the Federal Government, Its subord-Inate edministra-

Section 2. Powers of the Commission. The Commission shall
have the following powers:

airport fund for the management, operation and maintenance

made for -Unusual expenditures without the authorization of
the City Council; provided further, that t1-e commission
shall prepare a monthly financial report to be filed with
the city clerk for tK! inspection of the council.

and cutomary operation, management and maintenance of the
