STREETS AND PUBLIC HIGHWAYS OF THIS CITY AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.'
�I BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON., j!
MISSOURI,, AS FOLLOWSo !I
Section 1. Must have horh� Every motor vehicle shall be
equipped with a horn directed forward, or whistle in good working
order, capable of emitting a sound adequate in quantity and volumd
to give earnings of the approach of such vehicle to other users
of the streets and to pedestrians.
Such signalling device shall b® used for warning purposes qDnly
I� and shall not be used for making nnecessary noise, and no other

sound-producing signalling device shall be used at any time.
