!j PERSONS, ANIMALS OR MOTOR VEHICLES ONTO THE STREETS OR PUBLIC
HIGHWAYS OF THIS CITY AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.

i BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

it Section 1. 'Throwing injurious material into street.
No person shall throw or place or cause to be thrown or placed,
II on or upon any highway or street in the City of Jefferson, any
I' tacks, nails, wires, scrap metal, glass crockery, sharp stones,
1 or other substances injurious to the feer of persons or animals
j or the tires or wheels of vehicles, including motor vehiclesv
Any, person who has purposely, accidentally or by reason of an
accident, dropped from his person or any vehicle any such sub-
stances., shall inunediately make all reasonable efforts to clear
;j such highway or street o:f' the same. II
Section 2. 41�n:Y person violating ayy of the terms of this
