14. Central Missouri Trust company. Between the
hours of 9:00 a.m, and 2:00 p.m. , Monday through
Friday inclusive, and between the hours of 9:00 a.m.
and 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, on the west side of
Madison Street, between points located seven#y six
(76) feet and one hundred thirty nine (139) feet
north of the north curb of High Street, provided
that, customers of the Trust Company using the
sidewalk teller windows may park their motor vehicles
within said designated area for the purpose of
( making deposits.
i 15. St. Peter6a Parish House® On the west side of Broad
way between points located one hundred (100) and one
hundred fifteen (115) feet north of the north curb of
High Street provided. that the pastor and assistant
pastors of the St. Peter's 6 arish may park their vhe-
icles within the designated area.
Section S. Anyone violating any of the •barmy of..Seotion
two (2) or any subsection thereof, shall be deemed guilty of
a misdemeanor.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in force and effect
from and after its. passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NUMBERS 3516, 3564, 4010, 4049
iIand 4901 RELATING TO THE 13ARKING OF MOTOR VEHICLES IN COMMERCIAL
AVENUE AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF, AND EN*
ACTING AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE ?ARKING OF MOTOR VEHICLES IN
COMMERCIAL AVENUE, AND PROVIDING A P!,NALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS;
Section 1. Ordinances numbers 3516, 35649 4010, 4049, and
4901 relating to the parking of motor vehicles in Commercial
Avenue and orovidi g a penalty for violation thereof, be and
are hereby repealed.

1 Section 2. It shall be unlawful for the pperator of a
motor vehicle to permit the same to be parked on the north bide
ji of Commercial Avenue, between its intersection with Jefferwon Street
Ij and Adams Street.
It shall be unlawful. for the operator of a motor vehicle iI
j) to permit the same to bo parked on the south side of Commercial (I
Avenue, between its intersection with Jefferson Street and Adams
�j Street, provided that, this provision shall not apply to the law
enforcement officials who are taking or, receiving prisoners at
li the Countir Jail, and provided further, that service care, delivery 'i
