FOR THE VrOLATION THEREOF, AND ENACTING A NEW ORDINANCE RELATINGI
TO THE PARKM OF A VOTGR VEHICLE ON WALL STREET, AND PROVIDING
A PENALTY FOR TI-M `'7OLATION THEREOF.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinances 3516 and 4901, relating to the park-1
ing of as motor vehicle on Wall Street, and providing a penalty J
for the violation thereof are 1-ereby repealed. I�
Section 2. It shall be unlawful for the operator of a
motor vehicle to permit the same to be parked on the north side
of Wall Street between its intersections with Jefferson Street �I
and Adams L"treet, II
7t shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor vehicle
to permit the same to be parked Jn the south side of Wall Street,;
between its intersections with efferson Street and Adams Street,
provided that, service cars, delivery cars, and trucks delivering
goods, wares or merchandise, may park within said street, as close :kzxt€ff
to the south side thereof as possible, for a period nft to exceed
one hour.
