BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Ordinances Numbers 5250, 64f.19054900 5600, 5741, 5805 and 5907, establishing various loading zones on the streets of thir' City for the loading and unloading of goods, wares and rrerchandiset! II and prohibiting the operators of motor vehicles froir permitting the same to bep -rked within said zones unless loading or unloadin goods, wares or merchandise . and providing a penalty for the violation thereof, be and the save are hereby repealed. S 'etion 2. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the operator of a^motor vehicle to permit the same to be parked between the hours of 7t00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. , Monday, through Ssturday, inclusive, within the following dent nated zones , which zones shall be termed "loading zones" unfeaz for the purpose of loading or unloading goods, wares and merchandiset. 1. On the South of Capitol Avenue between points located twenty-five (25) feet and seventy sevon (77) feet east of the east curb of hiadison Street. 2. On the North side of H1 hway 50 west between points located twenty five (255 and fifty (50) feet east of the east curb of Virginia Street. 3. On the west side of Jefferson Street between points located one hundred (100) and one hundred and fourteen (114 ) feet north of the north curb of H gh Street. 4. On the North Side of Main Street between points located seventy five (75) feet and one hundred and fifteen. (115) feet east of the east curb of Bolivar "tront. 5. On the east side of Monroe Street between points located sixty five (65) and eighty (80) feet north of the north curb of Capitol Avenue . 946tion Be Anyone violating any of theterms of Section two (2) shall be deemed guilty of a misdenioanor. Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after 1.ts passage and approval.
