dollars, or imprisonment in fail for not more than ninety (90) days
or shall be both fined and imprisoned.
Section 13. This drdinsa.nce shall be in force and effect I'

MOTOR VEHICLE ON THE S TREETS, .ALLEYS OR PUBLIC HIGHWAYS OF THIS
CITY WHEN HIS ABILITY TO DO SO IS IMPAIRED BY THE USE OF IN
TOXICATING LIQUOR, . AND, PROVIDING A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAIlv'ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS
Section 1. Intoxicat6d Driving._ It is unlawful for any
person to drive a motor vehicle- on the streets, alleys or public
highways of this city when his ability to do so is impaired by
the use of intoxicating liquor.
Section 2. Any person violating any of the terms of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 3. This ordinsn ce shall be in force aidd effect fro
and after its passage and approval.

DRUGS, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS;
Section 1. Driving While Drugged. It is unllawful. for an
person to drive a motor vehicle on the streets, alleys or public
highways of this city when the ability to do so is impaired by tie
use of narcotic drugs.
Secti on 2. any person violating any of the terms of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and rffect
from and after its' passage and approval.
