Section 1. Emerging from private driveways. No vehicle
shall be driven from a private driveway onto a street or public
highway unless the street or nublic highway is sufficiently
free from approaching vehicles to permit the vehicle to enter
the street or public highway without danger of collision.
Section Z. Any person violating any of the -terms of
this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a inisdemeanor.

AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE 0'PERATION OF A MOTOR VEHICLE WHEN
DRIVEN FROM, THE CURB ONTO THE TRAVELED PORTION OF THE ROADWAY
AND ?ROVIDING A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI., AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Moving into traffic from the curb. No vehicle
shall be driven from the curb or side of the street out into
the traveled portion of the roadway into a line of moving
vehicles.
Section 2. Any person violating any of the terms of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be In force and effect
from and after Its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE REGULAMING THE RIGHT-OF-WAY OF MOTOR VEHICLES AT
INTERSECTIONS AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.
BE IT -�RDAINED BY qTiE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI., AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The driver of a vehicle on a street or public
highway, approaching an intersecting street or public highway.,
shall yield the right of way to a vehicle which has entered the
int ersection from a different street or highway.
Section 2. "ny person violating any of the terms of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
