Section 1. When two vehicles enter an intersection from
different streets or public highways at the same time, the dri.ve
of the vehicle on the left shall yield the right-of-way to the
driver of the vehicle on the right.
Section 2. Any person violating any of the terms of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a middemeanor.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be In force and effect
fromand after its passage and approval. I('

INTERSECTIONS AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
N ISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

Right-of-way. he driver of a vehicle on the �I
streets or public highways of this city, within an intersection
1 and intending to turn his vehicle to the left, shall yield the i�
right-of-way to any vehicle approaching from the opposite direction
which is within the intersection or so close therPto as to constitute
an immediate hazard.
Section 2. Any person violating any of the terms of this i
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.

or public highway shall yield the right-of-way to motor vehicles !�
