When two vehicles enter an intersection from different streets or public highways at the same time, the dri.ve of the vehicle on the left shall yield the right-of-way to the driver of the vehicle on the right. Section 2. Any person violating any of the terms of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a middemeanor. Section 3. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, N ISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: S coon 1.
