AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY, CALIFORNIA:;
OF INTENTION TO PROCEED UNDER STREETS
AND HIGHWAYS CODE , SECTIONS 8320 THROUGH
8324, TO VACATE EASEMENT WITHIN TRACT
NO. 11695
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:.
SECTION 1, The City Council of the City of Temple City,
California, hereby declares its intention to proceed to vacate that cer-
tain future street easement (which has no lawful or official name, or
name by which it is commonly known), hereinafter described in Section
3, pursuant to Streets and Highways Code, Sections 8320-through 9324.
SECTION 2. The City Council of the City of Temple City here-
by declares its intention to vacate that certain easement, hereinafter
fully described in Section 3,
SECTION 3. The easement to be vacated is that easement des-
cribed as follows:
The easterly thirty (30) feet of Lots 1, 2 and 3 of
Tract No. 11695, Map Book 215, pages 23 and 24, of
Official Records, Los Angeles County, California.
SECTION 4, The Easement described in Section 3 immediately
Lbcve is shown on that certain map described as Map of Tract No, 11695
rile with the City Clerk of the City of Temple City, located in the
C :ty Hall of the City of Temple City at 9664 East Las Tunas Drive,
renple..:City, California. The proposed vacation is for Tract No. 26554,
a copy of which map is also on file with the City Clerk of the City of T
Temple City, California.
SECTION 5. The time and place for hearing all persons inter-
ested in the proposed vacation will be at a public hearing to be held
on September 11, 1961, at 7:30 P. M., in the City Hall of the City of
Temple City, at 9664 East Las Tunas Drive, Temple City, California,
SECTION 6, The City Manager of the City of Temple City shall
cause to be posted conspicuously notices of the easement vacation along
the lne of the easement proposed to be vacated, as hereinabove descri-
bed in 5141-:tion 3, at least ten (10) days before the hearing date set in
Section 5 heYEnf, in accordance with Section 8322 of the Streets and
Highways Code of the State of California.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Temple
City, California, at a regular meeting thereof held on this 28th day of
August, 1961, by the following called vote:
AYES: Councilmen - Fitzjohn, Merritt, Tyrell, Buchan
NOES: Councilmen- None
ABSENT: Councilmen- Dickason

appointed Deputy City Clerk of the City of Temple City, California,
and that the foregoing Ordinance No. 61 -46 was introduced at a
regular meeting of the City Council held on August 14, 1961, and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held on August 28,
1961, by the following roll call vote:
