Section 31. Dogs rui7ning at large , penalty. It shall be
unlawful for the owner of any dog to puffer or, onrmit such dog to
be or run at large within the coronate licit+-^ of th.Is city unl.cas ;
the dame is properly vaccinated, licensed and registered as is li
provided in this ordinance , and any owner v1.o1at1.ng the provisiono,
of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon 1'
conviction thereof shall be fined not lean then one or trore than j
twenty-five dollars for each and every separate offense

Section 32. Mayor may order dogs mu.zzled. when. At the dis-:
cretion of the Mayor, when in his opinion the public interest re- 1
quires it, he may issue a proclamation notifying the citizens of
the City of Jefferson owning dogs , to muzzl.o such dogs or to keep !I hm
them tied up during the time speti.fied in the proclamation. Any
dog found running at large and not muzzled during the time specified
in said proclamation, shall be killed by the city humane officer,
marshal or any policeman.
Section 33. Collector to settle accounts then. The City
collector shall settle for all money received by him under this
chanter in the same manner and at the sarde time that he accounts
for other money received by him.
Section 34. This ordinance shall be in force and effect
frcm and a fter its passage and approval.

ERSON, r!TSSOURI, RELATING TO THE CITY WATER SUPPLY AND REQUIRING
CONSTANT SUPERVISION THEREOF BY THE CITY BOARD OF HEALTH FOR THE
PURPOSE OF INSURING A SAFE QUALITY OF V�ATER BE DI"PENSED IN THE
CITY OF JEFFERS 0`d, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
VISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS;
Section 1. Ordinance Njimber 3604 of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri , relating to the city water su'oply and requiring constant
supervision thereof by the City Board of Health for the purpose
of insuring a safw quality of water be d�!speneed in the 'ity of
Jefferson, Missouri , is hereby repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
