AN ORDINANCE Repealing Ordinances Numbers 3009 and 4990 of the
ii City of Jefferson, Missouri,, dividing the city into five wards,
11 defining the boundaries of each., fixing the representation of
li said wards on the city council, and enacting an Ordinance per-
taining to the same subject.

i1VISSOURI., AS FOLLOWS,-.
Section 1. Ordinances Numbers 3009 and 4990 of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, dividing the city into five wards, de-
� fining the boundaries of each, and fixing the representation o f
said wards on the city council , be and the same are hereby rep-
Ilealed.
Section 2. Division of City into Wards : The City of
l is hereby divided into five wi?rds which shall be

11 Section 3. Boundaries of the First Ward: The 1�'Irst Ward

beginning.
Section 4. Boundaries of Second Ward/ 11he Second Ward shall
be bounded as follows; Be-ginning on the center line of the

of the center line of Marshall Street; thence in a southerly
direction along the center line of Marshall Street to the center
line of Miller. Street; thence westerly alogthe center line of
Miller Street to the center line of Washington 'Street and an
extension thereof to the center line of the Missouri River; thence
