grade of the roadway ol' Livingston Street,, fron the east ciirb line,
of Meier Street to the west line of the Roonville Road.

VISSOLMT, AS FOLLOtVS:
SECTION 1. That the grade of the rondway cf Livingston Street,
fr"m the east curb line of Meier Street to the west line of the
Boonville Road,, b e and hereby Is Astahllsti)ed as follows: Be-
ginning at the -enter line of Livingston Street and the east curb
of Meier Drive , whorc the elevation of the grade sh.911 be, 206.75;
thence 217.3 feet on a uniform Grade to t!7e west ctirb line of Crest
Drive., where the elevation of the grade !,,hall be , 227.00; thence
30 feet to the east curb line of C�,es.t Drive, where the elevation
of the grade shall be,, 227.00; thence 89.7 feet on a uniform grade,

Whereas, the Plann-Ing and 'oning Commission of the City cf
Jefferson Missouri, of its own motion, has filed a request with
the City 6ouncil. to amend, change and reclassify the present
zoning classification of certain lands hereinafter described., and
Whereas, the Council has referred this matter to the Planning andl
4joning Commission, and
Whereas, the Planning and "oning Commission has made its re )T)ort
recommending that the said )arcels of land be rezoned from a-
District "C " to a istrict "W'.. and
Whereas, all interested parties have been notified thst the City
Council of the City of Jefferson would hold a nuhlic hearing on
the question of whother or not said :)arcels of land sb(luld be re-
zoned by the public8tion of notice in the newspaper of general
circulation in the ity, more than fifteen (15) days prior to
said hcaring, and
Whereas, the City Council of the Cit�
