kISSOUR-LJq AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Hereafter -it shall be unlawful for the operator
of motor vehicles to permit the same to be parked on the city
parking lot wl.-iich is located on theeast side of the 300 Block
of Monroe Street.
Section 2. This ordinance shall not apply to city
elective or appointive officials and employees or to any person
who shall have netered into a lease arrangement with the city
for parking automobiles on said city parking lot.
IJ Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
Section 4. All persons violating any of the terms of this
orLq.inance shall be deemed guilty of a nisdemenaor,

SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of any
money in the -Ity Trr�asury not obberwise, appropriated, the
following:
A
