Therefore itis hereby provided th,.+t in accordance with the plans and specifications submitted by the City Engineer and filed with the City Clerk, that a cement concrete sidewalk be constructed in front of the abutting property as set out above, and that the total cost of the aforesaid shall be charged and levied as a special assessment agaonst the real estate abutting and fronting on said contemplated improvement, and special tax bills shall be issued therefor, as pr ovided in the City Charter and of the Revised Ordinances f the Chty of Jefferson; rdissourip 1925, and of the Revised Statues of the State of Missouri, 1929, and amendmenrs thereto.
