AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A BUILDING AND GROUND
IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE CITY OF GREENCASTLE,
PUTNAM COUNTY, INDIANA
BE IT ORDATT.rFn ANn ADOPTED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle,
Indiana, that a Building and Ground Improvement Fund is hereby established to read as follows:
a. Fund Established - There is hereby created and established a Building and
Ground Improvement Fund, Fund Number 441 (City Hall - Non - Reverting Capital Expenditures),
for the purpose of maintaining existing City buildings and grounds and/or purchasing ground or
buildings for the use of the City of Greencastle, Putnam County, Indiana.
b. Retention of Funds - Funds in the Building and Ground Improvement account
shall be kept in an accou- t in a nInoe and manner as directed by the Office of *. ° Clerk -T— asurer
and shall be expended by appropriation of the City Council of the City of Greencastle, Putnam

BE IT ORDAINED AND ADOPTED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle,
Putnam County, Indiana, that a Building and Ground Improvement Fund be established.
