LICENSE TAIL AGAINST ANY PERSON, FIRM OR PORPORATION ENGAGED IN THE BUSINESS OF OPERATING A PUBLIC +' GOLF DRIVING TEE. T BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWSa SECTION 1. Hereafter if any person, firm or corporation shall engage in the business of operating a public golf driving tee shall pay to the City of Jefferson the sum of Twenty—five ($25.00) Dollars as a license fee doing business. SECTION 2. Any person, firm or core )ration found guilty of a violation of this ordinance shall be fined not to exceed One Hundred ($100.00 ) Dollars..
