BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL; OP THE CITY OF JEFFERSON AS FOLLOWS s SECTION 1. Hereafter i.t shall be unlawful for any persons to park a *ehicle of any kind on the south- side of Case Ave., between Monroe' arid Adams St.; also the west side of Adams Street between Case Av6 'and Russell. Ave; also the north side of Russell. Avet &lsv the north side of Russell Ave. between Monroe St. and Admms St. SECTION 2a, ynyone convicted or found guilty of the viola- tion of this ordinance shall be guilty of a mdedemeanor and shall be fined not more than $100.00 dollawn or may be sentenced to not more than 60 days in jail or by both slid fine and imprisonment. Owens President of the council Mayor # 4174 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A BUS STOP IN FRONT OF THE EXCHANGE NATIONAL BANK AT THE, INTERSECTION OF MADISON STREET AND HIGH STREET. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON9 AS FOLLOWS: v1 SECTION 1.' There is hereby established a space in which no vehicle 'sha11 I)ark except the busses of the Jefferson City Lines, Incorporateds which company shall use said space for the pickup and discharge of passengers only in front of the Bxchange National Bank, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the curb line due north of the east building line 'of said Exchange, National Bank and running in a westerly direction for r space of thirty—five (35) feet. SECTION 2. Any person who shall park on automobiles truck or any other vehicle in any protion of the space above designated will be guilty of a misdemeanor whether or not only a part of his vehicle. is parked in said space. SECTION 3. The Street Commissioner shall paint the curb line in such a manner that the public will see that siad space is reserved. SECTION 4.
