BHCTION 3. " The City perk is hereby Instructed to proceed at
once to make out speeidl tax bills under the seal of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, of the aforesaid amounts against said lots or
pieces 'of 17nd in th6 aforesaid Sewer District No. 61 situated,
mentioned and described in the heretofore mentioned sections of
tviis Ordinance in the name of the owner or owners therof, which
sdid special 'and certified tax bill shall be signed by the Mayor
and attested and reeorddd by the City Clerk and del*vered to
Louis Brunner , the contractor of the work of construction
of tbe' aforesaid sewers" as provided and required by the Charter of
the City of "Jefferson and the Ordinance authorizing and ordering
the"donstruction ' of sewers in said'Sewer District No. 61 p heretofore
passed and approved by the council.
SECTION '4. ' This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage add approval.

AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE MONEY
SECTION 1. ' There is hereby approptiated out of *&W the General
Revenue fund •6' 'the" City of Jefferson, the sun of $96.75 for the=
purpose of dying the laborers & mechanics employed to tepdir the
City Mall uilding.
The 'City Clerk is"authorized to draw a" warrant in the above
amount-f1pen a statement presented & approved by the Building in-
spectore,

A.N ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAME OF PARSONS AVE. hETWEEN DUNKLIN ST.
AND ATCHISON STREET TC HOBBS TERRACE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFFRSON AS ', OLLWWSs
SECTION 1. Hereafter the Street now known as Parsons Ave.
situated between Dunklin St. and Atchison Ste shall be named & marked
as Hobbs Terrace.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be come effective immediately
