FROM; THE +'LEST PROPERTY LINE OJ L.'VAYETTE STREET TO A POINT 300 FEET XX
WEST OF THE VIEST PROPERTY LINE CF LAFAYETTS STREET.

AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the gr^de line of theroa.dway of State Street from
the west property line of Lafayette Street to a point 300 feet west
. of the west property line of Lafayette Street, in the City of Jeffer-
son, Irlissouri, be and hereby is established as f ollowst
Beginning at the west property line of Lafgrette Street, where the
elevation of the grade shall be, 218.79; thence 15 feet on a vertical
curve where the elevation of the grade shall be, 218.26; thence 25 fee
on A vertical curve where the elevation of the grade shall be, 216.95; .
thence 45 feet on a uniform grade where the elevation of the grade
